Using Artelx
Artelx is an online platform that connect s tattoo artist with collectors through original artwork. Artelx provides a place for artist to showcase their work and for collectors to discover and collect directly with those artist.
ARTIST RESPOSIBLITIES
Artist are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings, pricing, artwork discriptions, communication with collectors, payment collection, packaging, shipping, and customer service related to their artwork.
COLLECTOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Collectors are responsible for reviewing artwork descriptions, communicating directly with artist, completing payments as agreed, and respecting the intellectual property rights of all artist using the Artelx platform.
ARTWORK OWNERSHIP
Artists retain ownership of all artwork they upload to Artelx unless ownership is transferred through a separate agreement between the artist and collector. Artwork may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without the artist's permission.
PAYMENTS & SHIPPING
Artelx does not process payments, collect commissions, or handle shipping. All financial transactions and shipping arrangements are made directly between the artist and the collector.
PROHIBITED CONTENT
Users may not upload artwork or content that infringes upon copyrights, violates applicable laws, contains malicious software, or is otherwise harmful, deceptive, or unlawful. Artelx reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Artelx serves solely as a platform connecting artists and collectors. Artelx is not responsible for disputes, transactions, shipping delays, lost shipments, or agreements made between users.
CHANGES TO THIS TERMS
Artelx may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
